ABOUT THE FLOW

Paigefireflow is a multi-skilled performance artist specializing in fire dance, flow arts, performance coordination, and instructing hoop dance classes to students about the benefits of movement. Her first professional performance in 2016 at a music festival in Michigan led the pathway as an unforgettable performer. Paige is involved in groups Blue Crow Talent and Kinetic Spinners, while she practices and performs across the nation.

COORDINATOR

Paige has excellent leadership skills in curating and managing performance troupes. Her highlights shine through her experience coordinating the performers at numerous Bass Network curated events including: Deja Voom (an international experience), Freestyle Sessions, Bass Center and much more! She has also organized the live artists for music festivals, Morflo and One Vibration.

Her professional knowledge of flow arts has combined play with talent, and every observation of her performance is rewardingly beautiful. Whether it be a graceful hula hoop dance or the intensity of eating the flames, Paige is the perfect addition to the involvement of your event!

INSTRUCTOR

With her Hoop Love Coach certification, Paige is prepared with an array of workshop ideas and various class plans to accommodate whatever it is you're eager to learn! Varying from hoops of all shapes, colors, and sizes. From single hoops to double hoops, even multiple hoops! In her classes the possibilities are endless. Students benefit from the passionate energy shared and the basic knowledge of movement as medicine.

HISTORY OF MY CRAFT

In 2012, Paige stumbled upon her first hula hoop. Since then, she has fallen in love with all forms of movement. Throughout the years she has learned to perform with various flow props such as: single hula hoops, multiple hula hoops, silk fans, flow fans, fire fans, fire palm torches, fire dragon, fire hoops and fire eating! Paige practices her art daily and hopes that you are inspired by her passionate creative movement and incredible ability to entertain!

CLASS OFFERINGS

Being a lover of movement, I believe hoop dance play and acroyoga help contribute to the well-being of my mind, body and soul. Healing is my mission and I want to encourage you to try new activities while exploring the world of movement and flow.

HOOP DANCE WORKSHOP

Hoop dance is free flow movement combined with the tricks and transitions of a hula hoop together to create a story.

Within this workshop we will cover the basics of mind-body connection by fusing dance with hoop flow to create lyrical expression. Hoop dance allows us to be present in our minds and engage in conversations with our bodies. We awaken through movement by integrating a variety of hoop skills into the flow. Choreography is taught in sections together as a class and presented in groups to one another at the end. The workshop winds down with meditation and time for connecting.

ACROYOGA

Acroyoga is the uniting of acrobatics with yoga to create shapes and explore new types of movement with a partner.

Acroyoga includes group and partner acrobatics that involve lifting, being lifted and stretched in various ways. There is a base, a flyer, and a spotter, always. Our classes focus on beginner level skills and the basic history and foundation of the practice. Students benefit by creating better relationships, understanding body awareness and a new sense of concentration.
